Thank you for supporting Aiozone Multi Vendor by purchasing our products. If you change your mind, please refer to the guidelines below on how to return the merchandise you received.

To return items ordered online/offline:

  • If you change your mind after placing an online order, please cancel it within one hour of placing it. Call our customer service hotlines for an immediate cancellation confirmation.
  • If there is an issue with the product’s quality, price, or validity after delivery, please return it within 7 days of purchase with your certificate of purchase (sales invoice/order phone number) or contact our customer service in the case of online order. Perishable food items will only be covered for 48 hours.
  • If you return or replace a good, you will be entitled to a similar product or a monetary equivalent to the price of the thing you are returning.

Product delivery:

  • Products of any weight can be delivered to houses and places atop second-story buildings via home delivery. However, deliveries to high-rise buildings will be subject to the existing delivery charge for up to 15 kg of merchandise; deliveries weighing more than this will be charged an extra Tk 10 for every additional 5 kg of weight. If there is a lift, however, there will be no additional payment.
  • We make every effort to deliver the items on the same day as the order, and if for any reason this is not possible, we guarantee delivery within the following 5-7 working days.
  • However, any lockdowns, pandemics, endemics, societal disturbance,s or protests that are beyond the control of a small business like ours will cause the delivery cycle to be disrupted. We are not liable for any delays caused by such inevitable situations.
  • Currently, we are making deliveries inside Dhaka City Corporation (North & South) area.

Get your money back:

After we return your purchase, we will refund your money in the same method or as soon as possible.

  • Your money will be reimbursed to your wallet (credit or debit card) gateway or to your mobile banking account (if applicable).
  • The money will be refunded to your account in 5-7 business days. If you buy something on sale, your refund, replacement, or modification will be based on that sale price.
  • If you pay for products and services using various methods and return some of them, your refund will be processed in the following order:

  1. If bought directly from the sales center– Cash
  2. If you have ordered online / through Call Center – Mobile Banking Portal (BKash & Nagad only)
